About the Job

Understand and address the needs of VIP users, designing end-to-end user experiences and strategies for acquisition and retention. Manage large-scale partnerships to drive user growth and volume, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Understand the needs of the VIP users
  • Drive and obtain user insights of VIP customers
  • Design and implement end to end user experience for VIP customers
  • Responsible for product roadmap to serve VIP customer
  • Devise and execute user acquisition and retention strategy for VIP segment
  • Support the team in sourcing and managing large scale partnership to drive user and volume for Gulf Binance platform
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to successfully drive all initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development roles
  • Proficient understanding of financial products
  • Experience in relationship management/ VIP management will be a big plus
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, high sense of ownership, able to formulate strategies and plans and execute with minimal guidance or supervision
  • A keen interest in the crypto/blockchain/technology space is essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills as the role will be largely external facing with clients and partners
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment often with uncertainty
  • Bilingual English/Thai is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
  • User-focused, data-driven approach to decision making. Able to design and analyze key metrics dashboards
