About the Job

Originate and manage a portfolio of VIP clients, including institutional clients and high net-worth individuals, to drive business growth. Deepen client relationships by understanding their needs and enhancing VIP team offerings. Contribute to refining customer service and team management processes while collaborating with local teams for regional market analysis and strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Originate a portfolio of VIP clients (including both institutional clients and high net-worth individuals)
  • Deepen client relationships, understand their needs, identify and socialize requirements
  • Scope to identify and drive the enhancement and offering of the VIP team
  • Contribute to the refinement of customer service and team management processes
  • Regional analysis and strategy formulation: Collaborate with local teams to better understand and identify potential opportunities in coverage markets

Requirements

  • 2-5 years working experience in sales and client services with international financial/fintech experience, investments, etc
  • Solid knowledge of financial products, derivatives knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with trading platforms and understanding of basic market dynamics is a plus
  • Existing network of clients including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc would be a big plus
  • Strong communication, excellent relationship management and sales skills
  • Operate in a self-driven fast-paced work environment, and be able to adapt quickly to shifting team requirements
  • Having good relationships with the crypto community (KOLs, Community Leads, BDs etc) is a big plus
  • Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage
  • Bilingual English/Korean is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
