About the Job

What You'll Do

• ●Market Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis of institutional clients' Futures products, Futures APIs, fee structures, etc., to help the team track market changes quickly and maintain a competitive edge
• ●Client Demand Response & Support: Respond promptly to institutional clients' business needs, including answering inquiries, following up on progress, and communicating feedback on results to improve client experience and satisfaction
• ●Cross-Department Collaboration: Facilitate communication between the technical and product teams to resolve issues related to system operations, data retrieval, and other technical challenges faced by institutional clients
• ●Document & Materials Support: Assist in preparing business requirement documents and support materials for institutional clients, and regularly update and maintain relevant documents
• ●Record and organize issues and solutions to streamline business support processes and increase overall efficiency

Requirements

• ●Proactive: Strong interest in quantitative trading and institutional business, with a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced market environment
• ●Strong Responsibility: Detail-oriented and responsible, capable of efficiently responding to and handling client business needs to ensure smooth project execution
• ●Good Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, capable of maintaining smooth and efficient communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and clear information delivery
• ●Quick Learning Ability: Quick to grasp knowledge of institutional business products and technologies, able to understand and execute related tasks swiftly
• ●Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate fluently with global clients
