Binance Link Business Development - Mandarin Speaking (6 month contract)
What You'll Do
●Account Servicing - Assist the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account servicing matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner inquiries
●Lead Identification and Pitching - Support the Partnership Manager in pitching appropriate products for potential partners and assist in pitching them effectively
●Commercial Negotiations and Project Management - Participate in commercial negotiations, support the end to end onboarding process, and ensure the smooth technical integration and execution of partnerships
●Relationship Management - Aid the Partnership Manager in maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction
●Internal Collaboration - Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams, to facilitate effective partnership management
●Process Improvement - Suggest new and innovative ways to enhance existing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiencies of our internal processes
Requirements
●5-8 years of experience in a business development or partnerships role, preferably from brokerage companies
●Communication skills - Must be comfortable with speaking to clients and stakeholders
●Industry Knowledge - Able to identify and initiate conversations with key local industry players
●Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge - A keen interest and knowledge of basic cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are essential
●Language Requirement - Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
●Work Ethics - Disciplined and strong ability to work independently
●Educational Background - Polytechnic or University Graduate, prior working experience part-time or full-time is highly preferred
●Knowledge on APIs - Having knowledge on APIs is highly preferable
