About the Job

What You'll Do

• ●Assist the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account servicing matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner inquiries
• ●Support the Partnership Manager in pitching appropriate products for potential partners and assist in pitching them effectively
• ●Participate in commercial negotiations, support the end to end onboarding process, and ensure the smooth technical integration and execution of partnerships
• ●Aid the Partnership Manager in maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction
• ●Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams, to facilitate effective partnership management
• ●Suggest new and innovative ways to enhance existing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiencies of our internal processes

Requirements

• ●Must be comfortable with speaking to clients and stakeholders
• ●Able to identify and initiate conversations with key local industry players
• ●A keen interest and knowledge of basic cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are essential
• ●Bilingual English/Spanish is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Portuguese would be a plus
• ●Disciplined and strong ability to work independently
• ●Polytechnic or University Graduate, prior working experience part-time or full-time is highly preferred
• ●Having knowledge on APIs is highly preferable
